The following service conditions offered by the AeroNasca Peru SAC Company are accepted by the Client, as soon as the Client sends any data with the intention of reserving any Service.

Overflights Conditions

• Flights are Subject to Climate
• Flight Schedule is Assigned when passengers have arrived at the Airport
• The Flight Schedule is Subject to the Climate condition and Air Traffic
• Flight departure is only authorized by the Airport Control Tower
• Flight is a shared Activity
• It is mandatory that all National passengers carry their ID
• It is mandatory that all Foreign passengers carry their Passport
• Flights are operated between 07:00 AM and 04:30 PM
• Any passenger who exceeds the weight limit of 95 Kg must pay the value of an additional position
• In case of No-Show, the money will not be refunded.
• The Air Tax of 30 Soles per person is not included in the Flight Price
• The wait time at the airport while the flight starts is unknown
• In case the Flight cannot be performed the same day due to Climatic Factors, the Flight is offered for the following day or the money is returned.

Cancellations:

• The Client who has paid $ 10 Dollars per person to book will NOT be refunded the money.
  Client have the option to choose another flight date for the next 02 years.
  Client have the option to give the reserved spaces to another person.
• The Client who has paid in full their Reservation will only be reimbursed 80% of the money.
  With 20% Client have the option to choose another flight date for the next 02 years.
  Client have the option to give the reserved spaces to another person.
