The following service conditions offered by the company AeroNasca Perú SAC are accepted by the Client, from the moment the Client sends any data with the intention of booking any Service.

Overflight Conditions

• Flights are subject to weather conditions.
• The flight schedule is assigned when passengers have arrived at the airport.
• Flight schedule is subject to weather conditions and air traffic.
• Flight departure is only authorized by the Airport Control Tower
• Flying is a shared activity
• It is mandatory for all national passengers to carry their ID card.
• It is mandatory for all foreign passengers to carry their passport.
• Flights are operated between 07:00 AM and 04:30 PM
• Any passenger exceeding the 95 kg weight limit must pay the cost of an additional seat
• In case of No-Show, no refund will be given.
• The Air Tax of 30 Soles per person is not included in the Flight Price
• The waiting time at the airport while the flight departs is unknown.
• In case the flight cannot be carried out on the same day due to weather factors, the flight for the next day is offered or the money is refunded.

Cancellations:

• Customers who have paid $10 per person to reserve will NOT receive a refund.
  You have the option to choose another flight date during the next 02 years.
  You have the option to transfer the reserved spaces to another person.
• Customers who have fully paid for their reservation will only receive a refund of 80% of the money.
  With the 20% discount, you have the option to choose another flight date during the next 02 years.
  You have the option to transfer the reserved spaces to another person.
